Not sure how this hit you, but this is a big reminder to me to be still…and to just sit in the presence of God.  Christmas has become so

commercialized.  You and are encouraged to stay busy, go here and to go there.  How would your Christmas change if you and I simply sat down and took in what God has already done…His perfect gift in lieu of trying to create the picture perfect Christmas setting or making sure we have the perfect gifts picked out for others?

This was a reminder to me to remember the reason why we celebrate Christmas.  May His word draw us ever closer to his presence this Christmas season.
