3Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to His great mercy has caused us to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,

There are so many times I am thankful to God for sending Jesus.  Seriously, on several occasions (daily) I thank our heavenly father.  I thank Him for my family, provision, opportunities…but when it all comes down to it there is one thing that we should be thankful for.  The fact that Jesus came changed everything.  Seriously…it CHANGED EVERYTHING.  You and I (who know Jesus) are no longer dead in our sins.  God sees us completely differently…all thanks to Jesus who came as a baby and had power over death.

This Christmas season let us think on what the gift of Jesus did for us.
