6For a child will be born to us, a son will be given to us; And the government will rest on His shoulders; And His name will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Eternal Father, Prince of Peace.
One of the most special moments of my life was when my children made their entrance into the world. Â I can probably say that for our parents the same was true for you and I. Â The birth of Christ was not only special to his mom and dad, it is celebrated by us today because it marked a huge change for humanity. Â Because Jesus fulfilled ALL prophecies you and I could now experience a spiritual rebirth.
Unlike any other religion in the world, Christianity says Christ was born, lived as a human, died and was resurrected. Â He experienced the full gambit of life; Best yet, He defeated the grave! Â So while we can celebrate the birth of an child as a very special moment, the birth or our savior opened up the pathway for spiritual rebirth….therefore opening a way for you and I to know God in a real and personal way.
