Last night was amazing.  We gave a charge to the students to not return home without making a commitment to change their lives.  We met out on the beach at 10pm after our celebration.  We encouraged them, let them encourage each other and challenged them to make a public declaration to do what God was putting on their hearts.  It was amazing to see so many students under the direction of the Holy Spirit make decisions to change their lives and follow that up by praying with each other and with many of our adult leaders.  The result was another 8 baptisms (12 total thus far).  Word cannot express this move of God that we are witnessing at camp; seriously this camp has been a beautiful picture of how the Holy Spirit convicts us, and then allows us to respond.  These students are standing strong in areas where they previously have not.  From bad relationships, bad friends, drug use, and bad influences the chains are being ripped off.  Tonight is our last night and we are going to end with communion on the beach.  Pray that any student holding out would surrender tonight to what God wants them to do.
I am blessed to work along side so many gifted and loving adult leaders. Â They truly are the heartbeat of this ministry.
I can’t wait to report back what happens tonight. Â Keep praying for God to finish what He has started.
