Day one and I’ve already had a chance to invite someone to church. After a morning of serving Riverbank Church in any way they needed, whether it be cleaning toys for children’s ministry, or shredding papers, we went to Trues Brook. In the mist of having fun at this creek,
a young couple was there watching us jump off rocks and freeze. Robin and I were sitting on the rocks near them and started a conversation. We learned that they went to college in New York City and some of their family lived in New Hampshire. It was a great opportunity to “practice” what we would say if we encounter people in the next few days. Even though they do not live here, in New Hampshire, we had the amazing experience to be able to share and plant a seed in these people’s hearts, and maybe even they will share Riverbank Church with their family. I’m praying and looking forward for God to provide opportunities for me and the whole team to share the love of Christ with the people of Vermont and New Hampshire.
