WEDNESDAY (DAY 2):
Day number two…off to climb a mountain. Â We had a great time climbing to the summit of Mount Cardigan (Elev. 3121 ft). Â It was awesome to have Don (our guide) share some of the vast experiences he has climbing. Â He is trained in mountain rescue and was a great guide to have…especially when it came time to pig out on blue berries!
Being on top of the mountain gave me a perspective for the heart that Pastor Chris has for the lost in the Upper Valley. Â We are blessed to partner with Riverbank Church. Â Excited to see how God is going to use our team of students and adult leaders this week. Â Tomorrow will include prayer walks through several neighborhoods. Â Pray for us…pray that God works through us!
One last thing…we did have ice cream tonight…I know that’s not ‘spiritual’ but it was certainly a celebration of God’s creation.
