God seems to know who to bring into our lives and when.  Kelli and I have known Chris and Penny Goeppner for almost 10 years now.  In fact Chris is a big part of why I am in ministry today.  We had the privilege of serving along side of them at Calvary Jupiter in the student ministry and young adult ministry.  I personally learned so much about ministry from Chris.
Today we said our goodbyes to both Chris, Penny and their two son’s. Â They are moving north to Hanover, NH to plant a church. Â Chris has an amazing story of faith, you can check it out here. Â They will be missed but as we all know God has some amazing plans in store for them and Kelli and I look forward to a continued friendship with them.
Chris has such a unique way of connecting with unchurched, God surely is moving him to a place that will stretch him.  Pray along side us that his Church plant , (Riverbankchurch) would be a vessel to reach the lost.
On a humours note I did notice that Chris and Penny can expect a high of 20 degrees when they arrive the first week of January. Â From sand to snow God sure does have an awesome sense of humor.
